Your Roadmap to Getting a Full Scholarship and Studying in China
The first process is simple and free of charge. In this process, you have to:

Select your scholarship program (Bachelor’s/Master’s).

Choose a desired subject that you want to study.

Provide your information & documents (Passport & Educational Transcripts)
Then we will check if you are eligible for a scholarship. Here getting the scholarship depends on your previous educational results.
It usually takes us 2-4 working days to find out if you are eligible for a scholarship.
Once we get the confirmation, we will then contact you and let you know about your scholarship eligibility status and university details.

Secure your scholarship & complete your admission
If you are eligible for a scholarship and you decide to work with us we will start the processing work. During this process, you have to make a payment which is only 15% of our total fee. Once you complete the payment, we will work with the university to secure your scholarship and complete your admission.
During this, we may require more information and documents from you, such as your curriculum vitae, police clearance, bank statement, and Chinese physical examination form.
This process may take us 30-45 working days to complete. Once this process is complete, we will provide you with your University Application Letter and JW form.

Apply for your visa application
In this step, you have to complete our remaining payment (85%). Once you complete the payment, we will apply for your VISA through the Chinese Online Visa Application - COVA.
While applying for your visa, we may need your assistance creating your account in COVA and require other information. During this, we may schedule a call with you and go through the information process together.
Here the documents you will need are: your passport, recent photograph, University Application Letter, JW Form, Bank Statement of 2500 USD, Police Clearance, and Chinese physical examination form.
Once submitting the application, you can find the result in Track My Application. We will contact you if they ask for more information and documents.

Complete your visa application process
When passing the VISA application assessment, you may need to book an appointment for a video interview. Of course, we will assist you on how to do that properly.
Lastly, you need to provide your passport and fingerprints at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate-General of China in your country.

Once your student visa is accepted, you are ready to book your flight. Unfortunately, we are not able to help you with this procedure. Because it’s cheaper for you to work with your local travel agency and get plane tickets to China. But, of course, we will provide you with any information you may require during this process.

Once you arrive in China, what's next?
Upon arrival in China, it is recommended to contact your university and take a taxi to your campus. After arriving at your university, you should meet with your advisor to receive access to your room.
Your University will inform you when you have to do your registration. They will also help you to get health insurance and guide you to open a bank account in China. (Before going to the Bank take your offer letter, student ID, and passport with you).
